Clean Up Blacktail Stream (CUBS) Day

Butte students need your help picking up trash in and around our streams! Come and get your hands dirty for the annual clean up of Blacktail and Silver Bow creeks with CFWEP. Volunteers are needed from 9-12. Details on how to volunteer are below!

Schedule:

May 21, 2020

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Volunteer Check-In/Registration
Volunteers can register online(form below) OR show up at Father Sheehan Park, The Butte Chamber of Commerce, or Whiskey Gulch Station by 9 am.

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Safety Presentation

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Creek Cleanup

12:00 PM: Pizza Lunch!

Volunteers Will:

Pick up trash along up blacktail and silver bow creeks
Help keep students safe
Receive free coffee!
Receive free lunch!

What to Bring

Trash bags are provided. Please bring your:

Gloves
Rakes
Waders

How to Volunteer:

Show up on May 21, 2020 to Father Sheehan Park, The Butte Chamber of Commerce, OR Whiskey Gulch Station by 9am.
